Corporate and Environmental Policy

at PSG.

Responsible indirect procurement, ISO-certified and in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

For over 35 years now, PSG has been striving to solve its customers' problems in indirect procurement in a sustainable way! We see ourselves as the link between all market participants and collaborate with them responsibly, honestly, and in a partnership-oriented manner.

As part of the EPSA Group, we share and support their vision that tomorrow's company must and will operate responsibly. This conviction drives us together to build a group with clear human values. For us, this collective project is the lever for necessary change, a driver of our performance, and a source of sustainable growth.

With economic success, extensive experience, consistently positive corporate development, and satisfied, motivated employees, we are able to provide our customers with quick, reliable, long-term operational and digital cost-saving solutions. Our working methods are characterized by pragmatism, creativity, and flexibility, as well as trust-based and transparent communication with our customers.

To meet our own requirements as well as the growing demands of our customers, suppliers, and all other business partners regarding quality, service, and sustainability efforts, PSG has decided to certify itself according to DIN ISO 9001 and 14001. This will reflect our long-standing understanding of quality, efficiency, and reliability both externally and internally. Through this, PSG commits to continuously improving its management system, carefully analyzing the root causes of complaints, enhancing environmental performance, and fulfilling binding obligations such as laws, regulatory requirements, and customer demands. The goal is to expand virtually every business activity in the future with the question of whether and, if so, how it could be optimized in terms of its environmental impact, and to act accordingly.

Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility

Acting as a growing company as part of the EPSA Group, PSG operates with due consideration for its social and ecological footprint. This motivation, combined with linking this footprint synergistically with our economic leverage, has today led to a strong emphasis on our social responsibility, which is driven by our leadership and top management within the EPSA network and thus also at PSG.

PSG's operations are inherently less environmentally damaging than activities in other sectors. However, the EPSA Group continues to advance an approach to measuring and reducing its ecological footprint by initially implementing a CO2 footprint assessment (first in France; subsequently for all subsidiaries, including PSG) through Ekodev, a service and consulting firm for sustainable development.

Today, PSG supports the EPSA Group's environmental measures through its "EPSA4Green" guideline, which revolves around three pillars: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and with a primary mandate for the group: digital responsibility.

Responsible Action and Compliance

The leadership's sense of responsibility at PSG is also expressed in the established Code of Conduct. Furthermore, it adheres to an ethics charter, an anti-corruption policy, and the group's charter for responsible procurement.

Measures to integrate and retain disabled employees are further supported. "Diversity", meaning inclusion, is also a parameter of management, as is the support for the ten principles of the UN Global Compact regarding human rights, international labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

Through this commitment, we express our desire to integrate these principles into our company's strategy, culture, and daily operations, and to advance them within our sphere of influence.
